If you are unhappy with your purchase, I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 7 days of delivery and send items back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We will ship your replacement artwork and/or issue a refund within 3 business days of receiving your return.
If you find out that the product is defective or damaged, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. I would replace the product at no extra cost or provide a full refund if it was damaged by the carrier or there was an issue on my side.
